This Shipping Policy explains how Blissnack Private Limited ("Blissnack", "we", "us" or "our") processes, ships and delivers orders placed through blissnack.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping locations

We currently ship orders within India, subject to courier partner serviceability.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's PIN code, courier partner coverage, local restrictions and operational feasibility.

2. Order processing timeline

Orders are usually processed after successful payment confirmation and order verification.

Standard order processing may take 1-3 working days, excluding Sundays, public holidays or non-operational days.

During high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, festivals, weather disruptions or unforeseen operational delays, processing timelines may be longer than usual.

3. Estimated delivery timeline

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier partner.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3-7 working days after dispatch.
  • Non-metro cities and towns: 5-10 working days after dispatch.
  • Remote or limited-serviceability areas: Timelines may be longer depending on courier availability.

These timelines are estimates only and may change due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, local restrictions, strikes, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Blissnack may offer free shipping, discounted shipping or promotional shipping offers from time to time. Such offers may be subject to minimum order value, location, campaign validity or other terms mentioned on the website.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other communication channel provided at checkout.

Customers can use the tracking link or tracking ID to check the delivery status with the courier partner.

6. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including full name, address, landmark, PIN code and active phone number.

Blissnack will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or return-to-origin cases caused by incorrect, incomplete or unavailable customer details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping, where applicable.

7. Delivery attempts and customer availability

Courier partners may attempt delivery as per their standard process. Customers are requested to keep the registered phone number active and be available at the shipping address during delivery.

If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery or does not respond to courier communication, the order may be marked as failed delivery or returned to origin.

8. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item or missing item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Registered phone number or email ID.
  • Clear photos or videos of the package, shipping label and product received.
  • Brief description of the issue.

Requests raised without sufficient proof or beyond the applicable timeline may not be eligible for resolution.

9. Delayed deliveries

While we try to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to courier partner operations, logistics issues, weather, public holidays, high order volume, local restrictions or force majeure events.

Blissnack will reasonably assist customers in tracking delayed orders, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Non-serviceable locations

If your location is not serviceable after order placement, we may contact you for an alternate address or cancel the order and process an eligible refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
