Overview

At Blissnack, every product is freshly made in small batches and packed with care. Because our snacks are perishable and made to order, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is confirmed and dispatched.

No Refunds / No Exchanges Policy

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any Blissnack products.
  • This policy applies to all orders placed on our website, including discounted / promotional purchases.

Order Issues & Support (We’re here to help)

Even though we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, we’ll always support you if something went wrong with your order.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you face any of the following:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was missing items
  • The package arrived damaged/tampered

When reaching out, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing photos/videos (required)
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

We’ll review the issue and assist you with the best possible resolution.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or unavailability to receive the order, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled because products are prepared fresh and quickly moved into processing.
